Our property preservation team provides a full range of field services including property inspections, property preservation, REO property maintenance, and full service repairs and renovations, which allows clients to choose the services that best suits their needs. Our focus as a company was to create greater efficiencies in the preservation process resulting in faster turn time and reduce marketing times for our clients.

REO Services

Elite Trashout and Restoration focuses on keeping the REO property maintained and secured. We assure that REO properties remain in the best condition possible to reduce time on the market and improve the value of properties prior to final disposition.



Repairs and Rehab

Elite Trashout and Restoration offers full service repair and renovations, such as Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Drywall, Interior and exterior Painting, Door Repair/Replacement, Window Re-glaze/Replacement, Appliance Replacement, Flooring, Carpentry, Mold Remediation, Siding, Masonry, and Graffiti Removal.



Securing / Evictions / Cash 4 Keys

Elite Trashout and Restoration works closely with our clients to ensure that a crew is present at the time of the lockout. After the lockout we follow-up with a full report of the work done, including all necessary photo documentation, and any special instructions that we were given by the sheriff.



Ongoing Services

After initial services, Elite Trashout and Restoration will continue to service REO properties inside and out to maintain their curb appeal and marketability. This includes lawn maintenance, snow removal, re-securing, de-winterization, and make-ready services completed every month or per client request.
